1. Overview

Voguerre provides digital advertising/listing services. Because access and exposure are delivered digitally, refunds are limited.

2. Refund Eligibility

• A duplicate payment or billing error occurred
• A technical failure prevented activation of the purchased service
• A cancellation request is made within 7 days before a listing goes live

3. Non-Refundable

No refunds after a listing/campaign goes live or after successful age verification and account activation.

4. Process & Timing

Approved refunds are processed in GBP via the original payment method within 7 business days.
